Unity 2025 previews.

This weekend was less about photos and more about my boys and catching the moments that transcend this sport.

When we decided to give racing a go, I thought it was insane. I still do, that’s why you find me with a camera and lurking in the background.

What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with it. The way it lights a fire in my boys and the comraderie and generosity that exists amoung the dust thickened fans and supporters, it is genuinely unmatched.

This weekend I didn’t have time to focus on capturing all the big jumps and every kid on the track. But my hope is that the images I do share reveal the true nature of the people that participate and show up to be a part of something that’s unlike any other sport I have ever witnessed. The young women and men that fist bump after races and cheer one another on. The Mom’s and Dad’s that haul their kids around and stand with dust in their eyes, tears running down their faces as they too witness the moment that their kid achieves a personal best. It really Midwest Amateur MX Series behold and I love having the opportunity to capture it in my own unique way.

Thank you to everyone that helps make this a reality.

Gallery is open. Time really hasn't been on my side so these are straight out of camera images. Minimal edits, as time just doesn't allow for hours of edits. This is a passion project for me and a way for me to keep my sanity while watching my boys do what they love. If you're interested in the download PIN for the gallery , please DM me and I can provide it for you. I don't like open platform galleries, they can be problematic for image quality and distribution.

These are images from DAY 1. Day 2 will be uploaded shortly. This year I minimized edits to get the images out quicker. If you are interested in an edited images with distractions removed, I can arrange for that with separate paid galleries.
