🎃👻🥎 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! 🥎👻🎃

It’s back! The 4th Annual Scarecrow Slam Halloween Softball Tournament is officially open for registration! 🌾🧡

This tournament is a little different from your typical softball tournament. Players register individually and will be placed on a team within their age division. You can list friends you’d like to play with, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate those requests!

⚠️ Spaces will fill up fast! Every year, the tournament sells out, so be sure to complete your registration as soon as possible. If your division is full, make sure you join the wait-list! Because of fall sports and other commitments, we’re often able to add wait-listed players later as spots open up.

**A note about cancellations:** If you need to withdraw from the tournament after your shirt has already been ordered, we unfortunately cannot refund the **$25 shirt cost**. We can refund the remaining portion of your registration fee. You can keep your shirt, or we can try to sell it to a player on the wait-list. 👻👕

The **Scarecrow Slam is all about FUN and FAIR PLAY** — giving players the chance to:

🥎 Try out new positions
👻 Experience different coaches
🎃 Make new friends
🧡 Play with teammates they may not normally play with
🏆 Get in one more tournament before the season is officially done
🕷️ Celebrate the Halloween season with some spooky softball fun!

And parents… this one is for YOU, too! 😉

Have you ever wanted to dip your toes into coaching or help out on the bench but weren’t quite ready to commit to a full season?

The Scarecrow Slam is the perfect opportunity!

We’re looking for approximately 3–4 volunteers per team, including a scorekeeper. If you’re interested in coaching or helping out, simply submit your name when you register your daughter. 📝

🌾 U11: October 3 & 4 — *Two-day tournament*

🕷️ U13: October 3 & 4 — *Two-day tournament*

🎃 U15/17:*October 17 & 18 — *Two-day tournament*

💀 2nd year U17AA/Ladies League: Saturday, October 10 — One-day tournament

TRY OUTS ARE COMING!!! 🚨 Can you believe it? We're already gearing up for the next season! 😂
It feels like we just got started, and yet here we are, already counting down the days until the new season kicks off! 🤣

Good afternoon Eastern Passage islanders!

As this softball season comes to a close, we are looking toward next year!!

We have been funded by Sport Nova Scotia to purchase gear to launch a learn to play program next season!

Currently we are looking to spark interest, and to see how many Littles would be interested!!

Please share with your families and friends who may have girls in the age group of 5 to 8! 

We will be hopefully having a “come try out softball”
