Thanks ! This one I call “Beanoa”, made with black beans, quinoa, red peppers, corn and seasoned perfectly. Coming in at less than $3.00 per hearty 750cal serving, has 42 grams of plant protein, 110 grams carbs and 10g of fat. I add an avocado and tomato as a topper. It also works great in a wrap or topper for a salad. So easy to make and even better as leftovers!!
