Hi there, my name is Gabriel (you can call me Gabe). I am a Kinesiologist and a Physiotherapy Technologist (Phys. I have been working in fitness industry since 2015. I have worked with a wide range of clientele, both young and older, general population to athletes. My focus is helping busy individuals with exercise. Life can feel hectic sometimes, leaving little to no time for fitness for certain

people. I’m here to keep your health a priority, even with a busy schedule. In working with me, you will have something structured, realistic and flexible. Expect things to be simple, straightforward and effective. In my spare time I like to lift weights, read, play music, spend time in nature and experiment different coffee brewing techniques. As a Montrealer, naturally, I am big fan of the Montreal Canadiens.



Bonjour, je m'appelle Gabriel (vous pouvez m'appeler Gab). Je suis kinésiologue et technicien en physiothérapie (Phys. Je travaille dans l'industrie du conditionnement physique depuis 2015. J'ai travaillé avec une clientèle très variée, tant jeune que plus âgée, de la population générale aux athlètes. Mon objectif est d'aider les personnes occupées à faire de l'exercice. La vie est parfois mouvementé, ce qui laisse ne laisse pas, ou du moins, peu de temps à certaines personnes pour faire de l'exercice. Je suis là pour que votre santé reste une priorité, même avec un emploi du temps chargé. En travaillant avec moi, vous aurez quelque chose de structuré, de réaliste et de flexible. Attendez-vous à ce que les choses soient simples, directes et efficaces. Dans mes temps libres, j'aime soulever des poids, lire, jouer de la musique, passer du temps dans la nature et expérimenter différentes techniques de préparation du café. En tant que Montréalais, je suis naturellement un grand fan des Canadiens de Montréal.
