Hey everyone, we took a little break from the monthly programs for October but we’re going to start another for November!

This program will be a bit different since it will have both an at home version and a gym version you can follow depending on where you want to workout.

The program will start on November 3 and will focus on lower body strengthening over a 4 week period.

Hi everyone! We have had lots of positive feedback about the first program for the month of August, so we will be doing another similar program for the month of September!

This program will start on September 8th and will focus on core strengthening exercises you can do at home! It will be scheduled 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) but if you cannot complete it on those days no worries, you can simply reschedule the workout to another day on the app.

The program will be pre recorded by Brady and uploaded on the app so you can follow along at your own pace.

We will also be doing a little promotional discount for this program! If you bring a friend both of you can get 25% off, if you bring 2 friends then you all can get 50% off! Just contact BP Kinetics and let us know who you are bringing and we will give you a discount code.

Hey all! Hockey season is right around the corner, so what better time to sign up for a strength and conditioning program focusing on the high intensity demands of hockey. This 4 week program will be taking place at Simms Health & Performance Training and includes 8 in-person 1-on-1 sessions with Brady (2x week), a homework program through the trainerize app, as well as 1 month gym membership with SHPT. Limited seats will be available due to time constraints. Message for details if you’re interested!

These are the current services offered by BP Kinetics!

Brady now offers single 30-60 minute kinesiology sessions which may be covered by insurance depending on your policy. We strongly encourage to check with your insurance company before purchasing if you're looking to get reimbursed, they may need additional information from BP Kinetics which you can request by simply sending a message directly to us.

Bookings can be made by purchasing an appointment credit, which you can do by hitting the sign up button at the top of this page, and purchasing either "30 minute kinesiology session" or "60 minute kinesiology session". These single sessions are good for individuals looking to get professional exercise and functional information either pertaining to an injury or muscle/joint dysfunction, without having to commit to a full program.
