As club season has come to an end, Peak Volley coaches are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with the 15UW Rustlers Green athletes over three training sessions! 🏐

These athletes brought incredible energy and a strong work ethic as they continued to invest in their development in the final weeks of their season! It was so exciting to watch the growth in their technical skills and communication on the court. 🔥

These athletes also completed an Athlete Empowerment Workshop with coach Sarah through ⭐️They took full advantage of this opportunity to learn more about each other as teammates and build trust in their group!

Thank you for showing up ready to learn, compete, and support one another. We wish you all the best in your future seasons and can’t wait to continue being part of your volleyball journeys in the years ahead!

⭐️PEAK SUMMER TRAINING CAMP: FUTURE PATHWAY⭐️

The future starts here!

Coach Sarah Hogue will be leading this one-day Future Pathway Peak Summer Training Camp designed specifically for athletes who are passionate about volleyball and ready to take the next step in their development. This camp is an introduction to a high-performance training environment and is built for athletes who want to train with purpose, challenge themselves, and begin building the habits that will help them succeed as they move into older age groups.

Throughout the day, athletes will experience 6 hours of training focused on the physical, technical, and mental aspects of performance.

💪🏼SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Learn movement skills, speed, explosiveness, strength development, injury prevention strategies, and what it takes to prepare your body for high-level volleyball.

🧠MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Build confidence, leadership skills, goal-setting habits, routines, resilience, and a strong athlete mindset.

🏐VOLLEYBALL SKILLS TRAINING
Technical skill development, positional work, ball control, game-like reps, and training habits that will help athletes prepare for future high-performance opportunities.

After running this camp is Dauphin last summer we knew we had to bring it to Lloydminster!

Coach Sarah Hogue will be leading this 4-day Peak Summer Training Camp designed for female athletes who are passionate about volleyball and committed to becoming the best version of themselves on and off the court.

This camp is built for athletes who want to push themselves in a high-performance environment alongside other driven athletes who are working to improve.

Each day includes 3 hours of comprehensive athlete development:

🏐VOLLEYBALL SKILLS TRAINING
Technical skill development, positional training, game-like reps, ball control, decision-making, and skill refinement to help athletes perform at a higher level.

💪🏼SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Strength and conditioning focused on speed, explosiveness, strength development, movement quality, and injury prevention.

🧠MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Confidence building, leadership development, goal setting, routines, mindset training, and tools to help athletes perform under pressure.

👑Short Kings Clinic👑

This clinic is built for athletes who refuse to let their size define their ceiling!

Coach Gabriel Bjorkas will be leading this 4-day training experience designed specifically for undersized male athletes who want to maximize their game through skill, volleyball IQ, creativity, ball control, and explosiveness.

We’ll focus on the details that separate good athletes from game changers:

⚡️Explosive movement and timing
🧠Smart attacking and shot selection
🏐Ball control and serve receive confidence
🛡️Defensive range and court coverage
🏅Aggressive, strategic serving to create pressure
⭐️Developing craftiness and learning how to score against a big block

This is a camp for athletes willing to embrace the grind, sharpen their toolbox, and learn how to compete at a high level regardless of their size.

A couple weeks ago we held our PeakVolley High Performance Premier Sessions: The Next Phase! It was a great experience working with familiar faces and new athletes who came ready to learn and push themselves to the next level! 👍🏼

A huge thanks to the athletes who brought the energy and our college coaches who brought all of their feedback and expertise! Progress over the sessions was exciting to watch. 📈

Congratulations to our Peak Volley t-shirt winners and Olivia Dawson who is the winner of our free training session during the month of July! 🎉

May sessions will be run by Coach Sarah and Coach Gabe while June sessions will only be ran by Coach Sarah. They are bringing high-level reps, detailed feedback, and a positive training environment to the gym this spring! 🤠

We had a great weekend of PeakVolley high-performance sessions with some incredible athletes! Each athlete put in the time and effort to see improvements and they certainly succeeded in that endeavour after this weekend. We are very proud to be coaching in a community where there are so many athletes dedicated to getting better each and every day. We had so much fun!
