Mya Lowe just hit 100 strikeouts this season! She has only been pitching just over 2 years now.

She is playing up with the U15AA all season.
Way to go Mya!

Huge improvements in pitching from last season all thanks to her extreme dedication.

We have learned a lot through the Pauly Girl program.

Have you ever asked yourself what would happen if you stopped growing?

What if what you knew last year was still all you knew this year?

What happens to your players when you stop learning? What happens to your staff, your program, and the people who trust you when your own development stands still?

Growth is never only personal when you are a coach. It reaches everyone you lead.

A few years ago, when we began building our curriculum, we started asking what coaches truly needed to know to become better at helping players.

Not what information was popular. Not what sounded impressive. Not how much science we could fit into a course.

What actually matters?

What changes how a coach sees movement, solves problems, communicates, builds training, and helps a player move forward?

There is more information available than ever. The challenge is developing the wisdom to know what deserves your attention, what connects, what transfers, and what can actually change outcomes.

That question became the foundation of our curriculum, and eventually, these retreats.

A place to study deeply. Connect disciplines. Challenge ideas. Sharpen how we think. And share what we have learned through years of coaching, research, experimentation, failure, and real work with real athletes.

We often talk about the influence coaches can have on a player’s life. That influence reaches beyond mechanics, performance, and wins. It can shape confidence, identity, relationships, careers, and the way someone sees themselves long after the game is over.

That is something worth stewarding well.

Tomorrow, we begin a special retreat with a private group of softball pitching coaches willing to step beyond the boundaries of their discipline, study the body more deeply, challenge their thinking, and keep growing for the athletes they serve.

We are grateful for another opportunity to gather with people committed to going deeper, getting better, and helping players move closer to what they are capable of becoming.
