On-ice focus: Defensive systems & tactics
Off-ice focus: Understanding the triangle and play-making

Today tackled some big concepts on and off the ice like the purpose of the defensive triangle, who’s involved and what are their roles? Our U13 group put their brains together to come up with a few of their own plays after learning about the key structural components of plays that help to create opportunities. Our fun group competed in a mini amazing race challenge working in pairs to think outside of the box.
