Our Dojos are located at Good Shepherd Catholic School on Farmington Dr Courtice ont and at the Royal Canadain Legion in Omemee Ontario..
For July and August, our Courtice Dojo will be operating at 40 Avondale Dr. Good Shepherd School is not available so we will be operating out of my home.

Thanks to all those who braved the cool weather and came out to train today for an hour. Of course before we get jumped on masks and social distancing was observed. Do to losing and hour this weekend we will be trying to hold class on Saturday afternoon at 1 pm (weather permitting) . Thanks to all my students who believe in the art. See you next Saturday.

Karate to night in Courtice. Sorry folks I have a Board Meeting tonight the first one since COVID, so I have to attend. There will be no karate tonight see you on Thursday night 6 pm. Remebre to social distance and wear your mask.
