Kasia, I am SO proud of you 🎉🔥
This girl started her journey back in August completely on her own. She started making better nutrition choices, prioritising protein, and got herself moving. Getting started is the hardest part!
But her body hit a wall. The scale stopped moving, progress slowed down. That’s when she came to me.
We got her lifting weights three days a week, slowly brought her food UP out of a deficit, and started building her metabolism back up. And look at her NOW.👏🏼
Something I would like to point out is that she had anxiety about going to the gym. She felt uncomfortable, she was nervous but she SHOWED UP anyway. Every single time. And now? She is absolutely killing it in there. 💪🏼
Her body is changing again and the best part? We’re not even in a full cut yet. We’re building her up so that when we do cut, her body is actually ready to perform.
This is what smart training looks like. This is what patience looks like. This is what happens when you stop guessing and start working with your body instead of against it.
