✨ Meet Olivia ✨
Starting next week at Inspine Pilates!
Olivia is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience and a strong background in rehabilitation and mindful movement.
With specialized certifications in rehab training, disease-specific rehabilitation, prenatal Pilates, and anatomy, she brings a thoughtful and clinical approach to every session. Her teaching journey also took her to Australia, where working with clients from many different backgrounds deepened her passion for helping people move and feel better.
Movement has always been a part of Olivia’s life. Before Pilates, she trained in jazz dance, competed in numerous competitions, and later became a K-pop idol trainee. After an injury changed her path, Pilates became part of her healing journey — and eventually, her passion.
Olivia believes movement can transform not only the body, but also the way we feel throughout the day. Her goal is to help every client feel stronger, freer, more energized, and more connected to themselves through movement.
Fluent in both Korean and English, Olivia welcomes clients of all backgrounds and meets each individual exactly where they are. 🤍
