Desire + CLEAR vision + non attachment = desired results

That’s the whole formula.

Simple, most certainly not easy.

Non attachment is profoundly challenging. It’s a practice I’ll be forever refining.

Get clear, loosen your grip, then allow Spirit to get creative on your behalf.

Your work every day is to ready your container to hold it.
Your work every day is to lean in to how this present moment guides you

The work is easer then you think.

Participate in reality.
Notice when your smaller voice turns up it volume
When a lower vibration thought comes forward
Pause
Acknowledge
Reframe
Plant the seed of the new thought.

Repeat, repeat, repeat until you realize you aren’t trying anymore.

Now it’s been embodied and we’re on to the next reframe.

It’s truly a life long process, this I know now.

This very moment is the perfect teacher, and it’s always with you.

answering THAT call is what builds inner trust, inner safety. Even if that means disappointing people, for once can that someone not be you.

This life isn’t a trial run. And my success is not the dishes always being done, every email replied to in record time, hustling every single day, being every thing for every one.

I’ve really learned to place down this badge of holding it all together for everyone. It’s one I didn’t ask to wear.

Turns out it weighed more than I realized.

Rest first, kick ass and take names second 💃🏾

If this is landing as a yes in your body.

If you feel the expansion in your chest

If reading this gave you goosebumps.

If there’s a quiet whisper that says…GO.

Your body is speaking to you. It’s asking you to take a chance.

Only 10 spaces are available. And over the last 18 months i have heard “so sad I missed this one, or when the next one?” more times than I can count.

I know who you are. I see you in my meditations every morning.

It’s person centered care 🫶🏾

It’s mindful modelling

It’s a small break for the guardians

It’s a space to be fully themselves

It’s a space to be comfy at home

It’s the chance to move energy

Its the opportunity to get to know themselves a little more

It’s adventures in our little town

It’s a space with my undivided attention

It’s being seen, not fixed.

It’s right relationship before achievement.

It’s SO much more than kids yoga.

And I’m so honoured to spend time with these and so many other kids 1/2:1

Holding space for 2 more homeschooled kids desiring to add yoga to their weekly routine in the 2026/2027 school year.

Paid through homeschool or Autism funding with NO cost to parents/guardians.

Tuesday/Thursday options.

Homeschool co-op classes coming September too!
