ISOFLEX BEARINGS!!!
Why is the PTO side cylinder more likely to fail then the magside???
ZERO ISOFLEX BEARING MAINTENANCE!! Below are the pics from a 2020 SKidoo MXz xrs 600 , this is a relatively new sled with low mileage on it.
In the bottom right corner picture look how much of the grease has deteriorated and also note the cracks and dried texture of the Isoflex grease. Once the grease has degraded this much it will dramatically reduce the viscosity of the grease. This is a good example with normal wear over a two season period, you can double the deterioration over the next year, thus rendering your grease useless. This is the major cause of engine failure on two stroke Skidoo models.

Top right picture shows ZERO use of chemicals or cleaners to remove all the existing grease and clean up the bearing, just towels, air and Qtips.

Top left is what New Isoflex grease installed and worked into the bearing looks like.

I have always had a great mechanical aptitude, from tearing bikes and skateboards apart as a kid, to wrenching on my own small engines as a teen and eventually getting into rebuilding cars and powersports products!

I'm offering post/preseason maintenance packages for all 2012 and newer Ski doo snowmobiles! Custom 4 and 2-stroke Packages that include oil change and chain case refresh, summarization check list, as well as full 80 point bumper to bumper detailed inspection with pictures.
