We are excited to announce the commitment of Haruki Morikawa to the Augustana Vikings Men’s Hockey Team for the 26/27 season!
Haruki is coming off an AJHL Championship season and is eager to begin his post-secondary education at Augustana. A tremendous skater with an impressive hockey IQ, Haruki brings a strong two-way game and a competitive mindset that will make an immediate impact on our program.
We are confident that Haruki will add tremendous value both on and off the ice and become an integral part of our team from day one.

🚨COMMITMENT ALERT🚨
We are excited to welcome Alexi Parent to the Vikings Men’s Hockey roster for the ‘26/27’ season!
Hailing from New Brunswick, Alexi joins our program after spending last season with the Campbellton Tigers of the MJAHL. In 45 games, he recorded an impressive 15 goals and 21 assists for 36 points, showcasing his ability to contribute offensively while playing a hard, competitive game.
Alexi’s style of play has been compared to NHL standouts Brad Marchand and Sam Bennett—bringing a combination of skill, grit, intensity, and relentless compete level that will make him a valuable addition to our lineup.
We are thrilled to add a player of Alexi’s caliber to our roster and look forward to seeing the energy and impact he will bring to the ice this season.

We are excited to announce that Camrose-born defenseman Cody Nordstrom has committed to the Augustana Vikings Men’s Hockey Team for the upcoming season!

🚨COMMITMENT ALERT🚨
The Augustana Vikings just got a whole lot stronger with the commitment of Josh Sale!

Josh is coming off an outstanding 20-year-old season in Weyburn, where he totaled 57 points in the regular season and added an impressive 17 points in 13 playoff games, finishing 3rd in SJHL playoff scoring.

Josh joins Graham Brown and Ethan Andrews as the third SJHL All-Star to commit from the Viking Cup. His compete level, character, and strong academic values make him a perfect fit for our culture.

Join us in welcoming Ethan Andrews of the Estevan Bruins to the Vikings roster for the upcoming season!
We’re excited to welcome another SJHL All-Star to our program!
Ethan Andrews made a big impression during his time in Camrose—netting a couple of goals against the Vikings—but his biggest goal came in overtime of the gold medal game. That clutch performance speaks volumes about the kind of player he is.

Join us in welcoming Graham Brown to the Vikings Men’s Hockey roster for the upcoming 26/27 season!
We’re thrilled to be adding not only a fantastic goaltender, but an outstanding person as well. Graham played a major role in helping the SJHL All-Stars capture the Viking Cup in Camrose, and his performance was nothing short of impressive. We look forward to seeing him continue his success within our program.

20 years later… and it was worth the wait.

This season our home tournament, The Viking Cup, made a historic comeback in which the Vikings got to represent Augustana in their custom Viking Cup jerseys. This past weekend, the team was gifted with their jerseys as a keepsake of their part in the return of Camrose’s beloved and historic international hockey tournament. New memories, old traditions, sick threads.

The Augustana Vikings Men’s Hockey are proud to announce that Carter Anderson has committed for the 2026–27 season!
Carter wraps up his time in junior hockey with the after an impressive two-year stretch, appearing in 106 games and recording 31 goals and 30 assists for 61 points.
A true 200-foot player, Carter brings relentless intensity every time he steps on the ice. His character, work ethic, and commitment to both his education and the game make him a perfect fit for our team culture.
