Unfortunately, due to an insufficient number of entries, The Western Canadian Pony Classic has been canceled. Planning and producing an event of this scale requires a minimum number of registrations to be viable. Because that threshold was not met by the deadline, the show cannot move forward. All current entry fees will be refunded in a timely manner. Thank you to those who did register and showed their support and to our hardworking volunteer committee.

Does my pony need to be registered to compete at the Western Canadian Pony Classic?

Short answer: Almost certainly no.

✅ All breeds welcome
✅ Grade ponies eligible for the vast majority of classes
✅ 14.2hh and under (some registered breeds may qualify above that)

The only exceptions: Welsh & Mountain and Moorland classes, and breed-specific High Point Awards require registration.
