Part 2 of my awesome golf Trip took us to Washington. A smooth 4 hours west of CDL, landed us near Brewster, and you guessed it, . Opened in 2014 and designed by David Mclay Kidd is #35 in the USA public course list and #1 in Washington. We got in 3 rounds over 2 days, stayed at the Inn and played the massive 18 hole putting course as the sunset. Such a cool experience to play some actual links golf where you play away from holes, bump and run everything, putt from 40 yards, and can’t find a ball mark. One of the most unique features was the fringe/fairway/tee boxes were all the same height and many of them flowed from the green right to the next tee boxes. If you ever get the chance, take the drive. It’s worth it. Oh and make sure you eat at Los Camperos in Brewster. Best Mexican food I’ve ever had. @ Gamble Sands
