Hello Lovelies, on Sunday I tried to get up off the couch, and my back said no...

Nothing energetic or brave like sky diving or mountain biking down the Rockies... just trying to get up 🤦🏼‍♀️🫣

The short story is I'm now walking like gollum and I can't stand up, I can sit with my knees up, but making cards round them with an intermittent yelp as it twinges wont be fun to watch.

I'm seeing the doctor this afternoon, so hopefully I'll be good for Thursday 🤞🏻
