Hey hey FatFitFunFitness Fam! So Mel and I are doing an 8 week challenge with clean eating, fat burning cardio and body strength building! I’m not gonna lie it’s been extremely hard being up so early and getting the cardio in first thing in the morning and then the workout and in the evening another round of cardio🤦🏼 I have never attempted something like this before and I am really feeling my age!😩 But I’m gonna keep pushing and listen to my body and rest when I need it. I don’t want to push so hard that I fail. Got to be smart and do this right. Is anyone else out there coming out of COVID trying some new workouts to lose that extra weight gain?
