The sole purpose of this group is about honouring where we are at this stage in our lives, celebrating our progress (which all of us have made even if it does not feel like it sometimes), and giving ourselves permission to JUST BE. That is our resolution!
We will spend time relaxing together in a supportive setting with other like-minded soulful moms of children with special needs.
Under a crisp blue Alberta sky, we will snowshoe with the horses, enjoy hot chocolate in the yard by a stone fireplace, and follow our heart’s desire! We will be focusing on infusing our souls with optimism, companionship, and vitality! Of course I will throw in some inspiring mindful and potentially creative activities here and there (especially if it’s deathly cold and we choose to stay indoors). So come and just be with me!
Who this is for:
All moms welcome, whether you are the mother of a child with special needs or the mom of a typically developing kid who just needs to honour themselves right now! Must love horses of course!

Better than drop-in yoga! $88 total (which ends up being only $22 session)
