Did you know that today is N**e Cooking Day?? It’s not just about bein’ naked in the kitchen, but also eating cleaner, more natural foods. Who’s done it? Who’s gonna try it? Who’s going to be able to resist the temptation to crack the tired, lame “don’t cook bacon, though!” joke? Let’s see!

When the camera is hidden in plain sight, what happens to consent? 👓📷

At Bare Oaks, photography is permitted only when everyone within range has given permission. Because smartphones made it difficult to know whether someone was taking pictures, we introduced bright camera-lens covers in 2019. But camera-equipped smart glasses present a new challenge. They can look much like ordinary glasses, making it difficult for others to know whether they are being recorded.

BanRay.eu is encouraging homes, workplaces, businesses and events to ban camera-equipped smart glasses altogether. Its message is simple: “Your face is not inventory.” https://banray.eu/en/

Privacy and consent matter everywhere,but they carry particular importance in naturist spaces. 🔒
