You're making more progress than you think. You just can't see it yet.

That's exactly why progress pictures matter — and why you need to take them consistently, even when you're at your most uncomfortable.

Especially then.

The scale is one data point. That's it. There will be weeks it doesn't move — but your body is still changing.

Same time of day, similar lighting, similar outfit, every week. The photos will show what the scale won't.

You see your body every single day, which makes it nearly impossible to notice the shifts yourself.

But when you send them to me? I can see changes happening before I even glance at your logged weight.

Progress pictures show you the truth: not perfection — but showing up, again and again, over months.

Take the pictures. Your future self will thank you. 🙌

I don’t post my progress for vanity reason or for likes. I post my own progress because I'm actually proud of my body for probably the first time in my entire life.

I used to believe I'd never be as fit as I was in my 20s.
I used to believe that having kids my body wouldn't be able to lift as heavy as I used to.

I used to believe that I'd have to be in a calorie deficit for months & months & months in order to lose the "baby weight"
I used to believe I'd struggle with food noise for the rest of my life.

That's all false.

Over the past year I've grown in so many ways; mentally and physically.

Showing up consistently for myself day in and day out, not out of punishment but because I wanted to and started to feel good again.

I wanted to feel stronger, more confident and COMFORTABLE in my own body.

Yes, I spent time in a calorie deficit to lose body fat; about 4-5 months.
BUT
I have spent the last 8 months at maintenance calories, still losing body fat & getting strong AS F**K.

I've learned to let go of the reins around strict nutrition and realize the cake, the burger, and the cookie won't ruin my progress OR send me into a place of restriction.

You can be stronger, more fit and comfortable in your own body even after kids.

It takes discipline to be consistent enough long enough to see the results but it doesn't have to be perfect.

Perfect doesn't equal sustainable.
Having the right tools, accountability and mindset will get you where you want to be. You just have to give yourself a chance to prove it to yourself. Keep going. It is SO worth it.

Do it for your kids but do it for YOU.
