This is a longer watch, but a really interesting one if you have some time!

It gets into what actually happens to our brains and bodies when we dance and takes a deeper look into:

• Why learning different movements is important for the brain
• What dancing does for the spine, hips and joints
• Dancing for bone health
• Dopamine, serotonin, endorphins and stress.

If you’ve ever done Zumba, you’ll recognize a lot of the movements they demonstrate in the video! 🙌

Holy Moly, what a class this morning! The energy was on fire!

I don’t think I’ve ever heard the whole room yell “FIREBALL!” quite that loud before. 😂💃🕺 And great job on the new numbers too!

What an absolute legend. 🙌 I always loved Dolly's music but earlier this year I went down a Dolly rabbit hole when we brought one of her songs to class for International Women’s Day and was totally blown away.

Dolly was a trailblazer. Warm. Witty. Talented. Generous. Grounded. Charismatic. Kind. Resilient. Funny. Glamorous. Compassionate. Unapologetically herself.

We will for sure pay tribute in class. 🙌

Rest in peace, Dolly. Thank you for the music and the incredible legacy you leave behind! ❤️
