🛑 Stop spinning your hips early.

Put a cup just behind your right heel (RH golfer) and watch what happens 👇

This drill keeps your trail foot from kicking out, forces your right hip to load properly, and stops your pelvis from opening too early.

You’ll feel:
• pressure on the inside of the right foot
• the right hip working “back and around”
• a tighter coil
• more speed from the ground

Simple setup. Big results. ⛳🔥

Having a blast with this group of young guns every Tuesday night! It’s truly a joy of mine to see the next generation fall in love with golf.

It’s also amazing to see a 5 year old hit a chip in the deep rough inches from the hole… and try to contain their screaming excitement!!

I had an awesome time yesterday at the RBC Box with some fantastic new friends. What a great new venue for the crown jewel of Canadian pro golf. I highly recommend checking it out!

The 18th hole will make for a dramatic finish on Sunday.

🏀 🤝 ⛳️

It was great meeting and his fiancé today and helping them learn fundamentals and keys to crisp impact.

It’s not easy to golf at 6’8. He’s doing a great job and thankfully we had the right equipment - long shafts for him to use.

A key impact drill was to picture the spot in front of the ball like the rim. Continuing to keep the eyes there during follow through. A shooter typically looks at the rim. In golf, we can’t keep watching the ball through impact.

Jake maybe you can show me how to dunk next time? Key is to get me a ladder…

I’m speechless. Those of you who know me well, realize that’s not easy for me to say. Then I say a lot….

Last night, I went back to St Kitts to witness a club I started with friends 9 years ago run a networking event. It was one of the most impressive & fun events I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to super bowl, masters… this was different for me. It touched my heart. It inspired me.

I founded the BSBA (Brock Sport & Business Association) with two of my brothers, and at BrockU
We wanted sport and business opps to be inclusive to all at school, and provide a vehicle for other students to do things similar and better to what I had done as a dual citizen. Not easy to do when 90% of sports biz jobs are in the USA…

🧠 Ideation. 🖊️ Pen and 📄 paper. We founded the club. We wanted to run a large networking event 2 months later... We went door to door, 20 students strong, and did the best we could through our networks to get something worth going to. In fall 2016, we somehow got 130 + passionate students opportunities they didn’t have before. Speakers included Elliott Kerr, the Honourable , Andrew Hardaker, Brian Hutchings and more.

Now, the club that used to meet in an impossible to get to hidden brick room at Brock I still don’t know how to get to, is thriving, run by lady bosses like who just landed a dream job at , and many supportive staff and ambassadors. The event and club is thriving beyond my wildest dreams.

I am so proud of these young, passionate, inspired, and wonderful people who have kept the spark we started alive and poured gas on to it and now it’s 🔥 🔥 🔥

Surgite for life! Sports biz for life!

My heart beats out of my chest writing this. It’s for the next generation. There is hope and there is light.

TPC Sawgrass will forever have a special place in my heart. I was fortunate enough to be afforded the opportunity to work for the PGA TOUR for 2 years. I was based in Ponte Vedra, learning how to sell golf and be a business professional straight out of school.

Every year when is on TV, you can imagine the nostalgia.

Now that I am in the best club in Canada, the , and get to continue to work in the game that I love on the golf playing side, it’s wonderful to sit back and recount some of my favourite golf memories.

1. My Dads first shot on 17 (wet but close)
2. My first shot (adrenaline, launched a 9 from tips onto the back wood and made par)
3. Playing golf with friends dressed ridiculously
4. Hosting friends and family for meals
5. My Uncle Scott’s ( ) classic and family famous video recordings
6. The views of the flags of the world represented by athletes on the
7. All of the wonderful people I got to meet and become friends with

Thank you PGA Tour for launching my golf career. Thank you for being my favourite property on earth.

The put on a fantastic learning & networking event called Fore Learning yesterday at TPC Toronto- as Golf Canada CEO put it “this is the home of Canadian Golf.”

It was encouraging to be around so many wonderful people who love the game of golf and want to see it grow and excel.

Fun fact: there are 11 million registered handicaps in Canada and golf is played by more people annually than any other sport in the country (crazy right?!)
Even Michael Breed the keynote speaker was surprised it wasn’t hockey.

Thankful to be a part of such a great organization, and I’m more confident than ever about my career path, game that I love, and the people involved in making it better.

The future is bright!! More players of all skill levels getting involved in the game than ever before. PS - he might be the most positive and engaging human being I’ve ever encountered 🤯
