30K today!! So happy that this went so well today 😊 Ran 13K solo and then met up with these two lovely humans so they could add on some extra mileage to our final hook up with
It truly takes a village and I am beyond grateful to Kim and and my run club family for the support and encouragement. It’s never easy training alone for a marathon so any extra support is ALWAYS appreciated.

I love you, Canada 🇨🇦 but why must you always be so scorchingly hot on your day?? Truly grateful for the company of and Kim to get me through this tough one. The last 2K was talking all about how refreshing it would be to have ice cold watermelon 🍉 at the finish. One more thing to prep Friday night 😉

never disappoints- whether it’s the insane wet, stormy weather we had four years ago, or the beautiful, sunny day we had yesterday. I always have a blast. Huge props to my friends and fellow run clubbers who took part. Thanks to all for the cheers, encouragement and inspiration. See you all again next year! Too soon??
