What an incredible night celebrating our community!

Our Oscar-themed Red Carpet Party was all about recognizing the hard work everyone put in, dressing up, and having a great time together outside the gym.

From the outfits…
to the laughs…
to the amazing energy in the room…

It was a night to remember. 🙌

Events like this remind us that FP Fitness is more than just workouts - it’s a community.

8 months since my injury…

Recovery from a patella tendon rupture isn’t quick.�It’s months of patience, rehab, and rebuilding from the ground up.

From being on crutches…�to learning how to walk normally again…�to slowly getting strength and confidence back.
Some days feel like huge progress.�Other days feel slow.
But one thing I’ve learned through this process:�small steps forward still count.
Grateful to be moving better every month and continuing the comeback.

Why I usually tell people NOT to take mass gainers 👀💪

Mass gainer supplements sound great in theory…

But usually make you fat.

Supplements should support your nutrition - not replace it.

Train hard. Eat real food. Grow stronger. 💪

Ever wonder where the calories are actually coming from? 👀
Take two common snacks: chips and chocolate.
🥔 Chips – most of the calories come from fats and oils used during frying.�🍫 Chocolate – calories mainly come from sugar and fats like cocoa butter.
Neither food is “evil.”�But both are very calorie dense, which means it’s easy to eat a lot without realizing it.
A small handful can quickly turn into hundreds of calories.
The key isn’t cutting everything out �it’s understanding where your calories are coming from so you can make better choices.
Awareness is what drives progress. 💪

What I learned after a serious injury.

Rupturing my patella tendon forced me to slow down in a way I never expected.
For months I couldn’t train, couldn’t move the way I used to, and had to rebuild from scratch.
The hardest part isn’t always the physical pain,�it’s the mental shift.
It’s easy to focus on what you’ve lost.�Your strength.�Your routine.�Your independence.
But real progress begins when you focus on what you still have.
Maybe you can’t do everything yet.�But you can do something.
And that “something” is where the comeback begins.
This lesson applies to injuries, setbacks, and even loss.�Dwelling on what’s gone keeps you stuck.�Focusing on what remains moves you forward.
One step at a time.
