Thank you for showing up to class tonight!

Just a little laugh for the night. When you say you can handle the weight, we turn it up a notch. If there’s a bit of whining during a timed exercise, we add a little extra time.

Hey everyone! I’m currently working on setting up a new page. In the meantime, I’ll be keeping this page active until the end of October for our BOO-TCAMP series and ongoing draws. This will remain our main page for updates and communication until then.

As for our End of Year Gathering, it will take place on Friday, December 5 at 5:30 PM and will be a potluck-style event. Details are being finalized on the new page, and once everything is ready, I’ll share the link with everyone who’s currently attending or has attended classes in the past.
