Tonight's shop topic - why do we spend HOURs on the phone with Bell Rogers Internet etc. Just trying to get the same rates as a loyal customer that new customers get automatically??? They can text us to tell us we are over our limits or behind on our bill - why do we have to call every two months to 'discover' the best current rates?? Thoughts?
