Tonight marks a special evening, as the Brantford Titans are hosting our “Pink In The Rink” night. Tonight, we’d like to honour two very special women close to the Brantford Titans Heart.

First, we’re honoured to introduce Emily Kindree, proud mom of Titans defenceman Gavin Kindree.

Emily is a Registered Nurse who works in the Operating room at Victoria Hospital in London for 27 years
Emily takes pride in looking after many cancer patients, as she herself was Diagnosed with Bilateral Breast cancer at the age of 46 in 2020 during a routine mammogram. She Underwent bilateral mastectomy surgery in January of 2020. Emily Received chemotherapy in March of 2020 ( at the height of Covid) for 3 months, followed by radiation treatments for two months

The Brantford Titans are extremely happy to announce that Emily is now 6 years cancer free💓

Emily, the Brantford Titans wish you continued success and support in your cancer journey!

The Brantford Titans are also proud to welcome Brandi Lee this evening. Brandi is the founder of “mission paint the town pink, a local group which raises funds to aid cancer patients receiving chemotherapy at Brantford General Hospital and Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario

Brandi herself is a breast cancer fighter and we at the Brantford Titans wish Brandi the best of luck in her battle against this horrible disease.

Today we stand together to support and fight cancer!

Meet Ben Randall, our 2009-born, left-shot defenceman from Ingersoll, Ontario!

Standing 6′3″ and weighing 210 pounds, Ben brings size and junior hockey experience to Brantford’s blue line. His development journey includes AAA hockey with Credit River, the Toronto Nationals and Markham Majors, followed by junior stops with St. Marys, Port Dover, Caledonia and Burlington.

Last season, Ben recorded seven points in 42 regular-season games with the Port Dover Sailors before continuing his progression to the Titans.

We’re excited to help Ben build his game and take his next steps with our young group!

Tonight, we’re playing for something bigger than hockey! 💕

Join the Brantford Titans as we take on the Ayr Centennials for a special Pink in the Rink game in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

🎟️ TONIGHT’S 50/50 IS FOR A SPECIAL CAUSE!

Our 50/50 draw will be supporting Mission Paint the Town Pink, an incredible initiative raising funds to provide hospital parking passes for individuals undergoing cancer treatment at Brantford General Hospital (BGH) and Juravinski Hospital.

Because when someone is fighting cancer, the last thing they should have to worry about is the cost of parking. 🩷

Defence | Brantford Titans

Coming to the Titans from the Elgin-Middlesex U18 AAA program, Gavin Kindree brings a combination of physicality, mobility and compete to the Brantford blue line.

A late-round draft pick of the Niagara IceDogs, Gavin is an impact defenceman who isn’t afraid to make his presence felt. He plays hard, finishes his checks and has the skating ability to move quickly around the ice and close space on opposing players.

Gavin’s combination of speed, physical play and defensive presence gives our coaching staff another weapon on the back end. He has the ability to make life difficult for opposing forwards while using his mobility to transition the play the other way.

We believe Gavin has tremendous upside, and we’re excited to see him continue developing and competing at the GOHL level.

Welcome to the Titans, Paul Zuk!

The Brantford Titans are excited to welcome Paul Zuk as Assistant General Manager. Paul brings valuable experience in scouting, recruitment and player evaluation, having served as Director of Scouting and Player Recruitment with the Port Colborne Sailors and as an Alliance West scout with the OHL’s Brampton Steelheads.

His experience identifying talent and assessing prospects will strengthen our hockey operations as we continue building a competitive program focused on player development, opportunity and long-term success.

We’re excited to have Paul’s knowledge, perspective and passion for hockey on our team. Please join us in welcoming him to the Titans family!
