Its the New Year 🎉 Welcome to the next chapter of your life…You’re going to want to change everything that has itched you last year because its a New Year.

After all a New Year means a New You ~ Right?

Well…let me raise something within you by asking you these questions:

✨Do you want to change?
✨Do you like this version of you?
✨Do you want to change things about your life like your career, relationships, health, wellbeing or affluence?

How did these questions make you feel? Did you feel them somatically in your body?

Now let me reframe the same questions for you:
✨Do you want to grow?
✨Do you want to grow into the premier version of you?
✨ Do you want growth in your career, relationships, health, wellbeing or affluence?

✨How did these questions make you feel?
✨What did you think of when you thought of Growth vs. Change?

💫 My nudge to you is to Take Up Space this year, reach out to explore the depths of your potential. My word for the year is Expansion! What’s yours?

This is the season for contemplation & reflection. Set intentions so you can sow the seeds to harvest.

Happy Mother’s Day! To all my Soulful Mamas out there...

I see you all & Love you all & the memories I see you all making 💕😘💕

💕 You are All Enough! 💕

I was an overwhelmed mama. Overwhelmed with love, sleepless nights, nursing, caring, teaching & just the perfection of what I thought I needed to be as a mom. Two teenage kids later, I realize perfection is an illusion that we chase when we are being unkind to ourselves. There is no such thing as the perfect mother. We have to see the perfection in our imperfect journey of motherhood.

When voices of our unkind caretakers or past situations become our navigation system, it falls on us to unlearn & reparent ourselves.

💕 Honour our Joy & Heart’s Sacred Dance!💕

I invite you to do that for YOU....
See what uncovering your patterns & challenging your beliefs looks and feels like by investing in yourself FIRST!

I remember being in a plane when I was younger and the stewardess would demonstrate what one needs to do in order to survive in case the plane loses air pressure. That would mean losing oxygen at critical speeds. She’d say put on your oxygen mask first before tending to your kids. The instructions would be the same trip after trip & it would baffle me. Like what mother would do that, I could not imagine! 🤯

I get it NOW...
You can’t save someone if you’re not alive...
You can’t give from an empty cup...
💕 You can’t Heal if you haven’t Healed💕

Our kids are learning from our strengths as well from our weaknesses & failures. We may hold negative meanings around words like weakness & failure but just know that they have served us in our learning & our becoming.

I wish for you to feel Supported, Connected & Empowered on this Journey of Mommy-hood!

💕 And so I Celebrate All of You in All Your Glory! 💕
