Our 5k outdoor running, hiking and biking sessions are every Tuesday and Friday from 6 pm to 7 pm. We meet at Lion’s Park in Brantford and hit the trails by the water. ❤

There is an outdoor run this Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. We will be meeting at Lion’s Park. We start right away so please be on time. We will be running 5 km on the trails by the water.

Hello Ladies,

I am the Manager of a girls rep soccer team :) Every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.we hold 5 km outdoor runs. We meet at Lion’s Park right at 6:00 p.m. and then we make our way over to the trails by the water to begin our run.

I went running on the Gilkison trails by the water yesterday and I saw a bunny, a baby buck and a snapping turtle lol omg the baby buck was so cute ...it stood a foot away from me and just stared :) I hope I see some similar sights again today! I love the wild life in and along the Grand River!
