Another trip around the sun and I feel more humbled than wise.

The last decade has truely been a roller coaster 🎢 full of highs of busy entrepreneurship and then to the bottom of starting back up and building a career again, losing a parent, losing many relatives and watching my country burn to the ground.

Every step forward has come with two steps back. But I have learnt change is the only constant and resilience comes from constant practice.

I’ve also learn that two things can be true at the same time - you can be happy and still yearn for more, you can have friends but still be lonely, you can have money and still feel very poor. This perhaps is the true meaning of life - trying to find a happy medium between two ends.

To all my friends, colleagues, clients and family - I love you and thank you for your well wishes and support. I sincerely appreciate hearing how our gym, our community or I have impacted your health, your confidence, your energy…

I hope I can be as good of a person to you as you have all been to me. My only wish is to be able to go back home and bring unite my Dads ashes with his birth place and our mother land….

Big hugs 🫶💐

Antigua 🇦🇬 miss you already! We had a great time playing mas.

The beaches = nice! 365 beaches on the island 🏝️

We enjoyed the fetes 🥳

We made friends with wildlife in Sint Maarten 🇸🇽

The beaches in Sint Maarten were incredible. We stayed on the Dutch side in a villa that was walking distance to the beach, local bars and market!

Bumped into friends! Happy birthday Tammy!

Morning of mas! Getting dressed - walked over 20K steps!

big thank you to my IKEA coworkers abroad and our wonderful creators who made this trip so memorable.

There were installations and art everywhere - this is a very small glimpse…

What a trip down memory lane! 2016 was all fitness, photo shoots and our franchise!

At the time I was teaching a Thursday evening class at our Markham location and then had our gyms in Yorkdale and Brampton.

We would hang out every weekend at our gyms, create workouts and content.

I would like to think I haven’t aged much but looking at these videos I can see how much more fit I was. What a blissful year!

Comment “leg workout” to grab a copy of my new leg workout!

Please note this workout does require weights and some basic equipment like b***y bands and a squat rack.

Happy training and please please tag me if you do the workout!
