We will be giving Hunter Pace orientation lessons to the course on June 13, Saturday at 12 pm and 2 pm. Gayle will introduce jumping to new riders, or give a refresh for low level jumps. Good for those with experience while on a green horse, or good for experienced riders who want to get orientated and school the bigger options.

Please join our Sunny Plain Ranch Hunter Pace. Riders of all disciplines are welcome. Ride over 200 acreas of hummocky pastureland with native prairie, buffalo rubbing stones, and obstacles. Banks, ditch, bridge, logs, and low cross-country jumps are available over an approximately 9 km trail.

We are pleased to offer three Hunter Paces in 2026 at Sunny Plain Ranch. Our goal is to give riders a safe venue to explore new terrain and obstacles and orientate themselves and their horses to Cross-Country riding. Congratulations to Tatum Claypool! She is now the proud owner of Callahan and is dedicated to ponies. We had a lot of fun on Elodon Callahan over the years. He is in perfect health, after passing his PPE with ease. Thanks to Elsie Priddy for the opportunity to own this lovely Connemara.
