Summer almost here what do I do with my kids ?? No worries I still have openings for all ages any level of strength training classes , beginner and all the way to the top level.. Great time to get in extra workouts for Hockey season dry land training, getting stronger faster for fall. { Prevent Injuries be Stronger } Football strength and power classes..
