NASCAR has announced a new structure for its competition ladder, and with these changes, Wilkie Way Racing will now operate under the NASCAR Local banner.

This update brings clarity to the pathway from grassroots racing to regional and national levels, and we’re proud to continue representing our community within the Local division, where short-track racing, family, and hometown support are at the heart of the sport.

Thank you to our fans, sponsors, and racing family for standing with us through every evolution of the sport. No matter the banner, the Wilkie Way stays the same: heart, hustle, and community.

Local short tracks are the heartbeat of NASCAR.

Formerly known as the Weekly Series, the NASCAR Local Racing Series Powered by O’Reilly Auto Parts reframes the sport's longstanding grassroots racing platform.

We’re proud to finally share the video from one of the most memorable nights in Wilkie Way Racing. On September 20th, Kaylee Wilkie stepped into the IMCA #23 as a rookie, thanks to the generosity of Barry McTavish, and came away with the feature win.

This wasn’t just a victory for the team, it was historical moment for IMCA racing. Kaylee became the first woman in Canada to win an IMCA feature race on pavement, a milestone that reflects her grit, determination, and the support of our incredible racing community.

We’re grateful to Barry and crew for the opportunity, to our sponsors for their unwavering support, and to the fans who continue to cheer us on. Reliving this moment in the off-season reminds us what the Wilkie Way is all about: heart, hustle, and breaking barriers.

I don’t think you understand… I’m obsessed.

With the late nights, the pavement, the chaos, the calm before green flag.

With the way this car feels like home.

Grateful for every lap, every lesson, and every person who makes this wild ride possible.
