There is something incredibly special about watching parents and caregivers build confidence alongside their little ones. ❤️

One of the things we love most about our pediatric programs is that they aren’t just about milestones—they’re about creating connection, community, and giving caregivers practical tools they can use every day at home.

Here’s what one PUSH parent had to say:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Our child benefited hugely from the series of pediatric programs that PUSH offers. As a Dad it was special to be able to be the one attending these classes. A warm, supportive environment that wraps you in support during a challenging time. Thank you!”

You don’t need fancy toys or expensive equipment to support your baby’s development.

In fact, some of the best activities involve things you probably already have at home:

✔️ Hiding toys under a blanket
✔️ Building a pillow obstacle course
✔️ Placing favourite toys just out of reach

Why?

Because development happens when babies are given opportunities to move, explore, problem solve, and figure things out for themselves.

At PUSH Forward, we take that same approach every week. Through guided play, movement activities, and parent education, we help babies build strength, confidence, coordination, and movement skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Which of these activities do you think your little one would love most?

Becoming a parent comes with a lot of questions.🫠

Am I doing enough tummy time?
Is this normal?
Should they be rolling yet?
Why do they hate being put down?
How do I know if they’re meeting their milestones?

The truth is, most parents weren’t meant to figure all of this out alone.

That’s why we created PUSH Start.

PUSH Start is our medically supervised developmental program for babies 6 weeks–6 months and their caregivers. Each week combines education, developmental play, movement-based learning, and community to help you better understand your baby’s development and feel confident supporting them at home.

This isn’t about rushing milestones or comparing your baby to anyone else’s.

It’s about learning what is normal, understanding your baby’s unique development, and having a trusted place to ask questions along the way.

Whether you’re wondering about tummy time, feeding, sleep, movement, or milestones, we’re here to help.

Pregnancy comes with enough questions.

Is this normal?
Should I be modifying this?
Why does my body feel so different this week than it did last week?

The truth is, you don’t need to have yoga experience to benefit from prenatal yoga.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to know the poses.
You don’t need to feel “fit enough.”

You simply need a space where you can slow down, connect with your body, and prepare for the changes pregnancy, birth, and motherhood bring.

PUSH Restore is designed specifically for pregnant women and is led by Kylie, who creates a welcoming, supportive environment for every stage of pregnancy and every experience level.

As one participant shared:

“She was knowledgeable, supportive, understanding of everyone’s previous experience with yoga (even if it was none) and everyone walked away with the opportunity to connect with their own body in a purposeful way.”

✨ Every stage.
✨ Every experience level.
✨ Every body.

Our next 6-week PUSH Restore series begins June 13th at 9:30am.

Send us a message if you’d like to join us. 🤍

(Shared with Denine’s permission 😉)

A lot of people don’t know this, but before she was my business partner, Denine was actually my patient.

After the birth of her first baby, she joined one of my postnatal exercise classes. One day after class, she pulled me aside and said:

“We’re going to go into business together one day. I just need to have one more baby, finish my mat leave, and then we’ll go for it.”

At the time, I thought she was kidding. And maybe a little insane.

But after the birth of her second baby, she pulled me aside again and said:

“Okay. It’s go time.”

And she meant it.

As a chiropractor and physiotherapist, we had both seen the same thing over and over again. Women were being cleared for exercise but still didn’t feel ready. They weren’t sure where to start, how to progress confidently, or where to turn when symptoms persisted.

We knew there had to be a better way.

So we got to work.

What followed were countless conversations, scribbling ideas on construction paper at Denine’s kitchen table while our kids chased each other around in the background, spreadsheets, coffee, late nights, and a shared vision to make rehabilitation and strength training more accessible for women across the lifespan.

We wanted to create a space where women could feel supported, capable, and confident in their bodies. A place that helped reduce barriers to movement and activity while providing the education, community, and guidance so many women were looking for.

What started as a dream has grown into something far bigger than either of us could have imagined.

To every woman who has trusted us with your health, your recovery, your strength, your pregnancy, your postpartum journey, your goals, and your family—thank you.

PUSH wouldn’t exist without you. ❤️
