After 150 interviews with top producers across Canada and the USA in real estate, very few can transfer what they know l!

👉most are unconsciously competent and have zero clue how to transfer skill sets. It’s not a jab against them - they just haven’t spent the time to figure out why they have success doing what they do. They are amazing at what they do. 😮😮They may have great teams but can’t transfer the skill.

Bob Proctor said this to me in a training many years ago and I didn’t believe him. I was wrong. He was right! Unless you understand how the mind works you can’t train someone else.

If you don’t figure why you do what you do and how your mind works - nothing will change in your life.
