Yoga Teacher Education is not just for people who want to teach.

It is also for people who want to understand their own body more deeply.

Breath. Anatomy. Nervous system regulation. Philosophy. Energy. The living matrix of the body.

Some people complete teacher training and never teach a class.
That is not failure.

Sometimes education becomes personal transformation first.

Because practice is not something we perform.

June holds two things at once: National Indigenous History Month and Pride Month.

So we’re putting Indigenous 2-spirit, q***r, trans, and gender diverse voices at the centre. People doing the work, not performing it. And a note on responsibility: this is yours to carry, not ours to hand you. We can point to the door. You have to walk through it.

The body knows when it’s safe. Practice is one place that gets to be safe. So is learning, when you’re doing it honestly.

Your Feet. Your Body. Your Balance.

When did you last thank your feet?

Your feet are the foundation of your posture, breath, balance, and how your nervous system reads the ground beneath you.

This Wednesday, Ann is bringing the science and sensation together in a live, hands-on workshop for anyone who moves, teaches movement, or wants to understand the body from the ground up.

We’ll explore foot architecture, fascia, arches, centre of gravity, base of support, balance, proprioception, breath connection, and practical assessments you can use on yourself or with clients.

You’ll also move through foot rolling, fascial release, targeted stretches, strengthening exercises, balance work, and breath practices to integrate the whole experience.

Perfect for movement lovers, yoga practitioners, fitness professionals, students, rehab folks, nurses, and anyone with foot, knee, hip, or back issues who has wondered where it all begins.

Alignment, Empowerment + The Pivot brings together Stéphanie Rourke Jackson of Beacon Coaching & Leadership and Ann Green (Martinello) for a collaborative experience exploring self-awareness, inner critic work, empowerment, self-trust, and navigating personal pivots with more resilience.

Stéphanie is the founder of Beacon Coaching & Leadership and creator of Identity Mapping and ADDvance. Her work helps ambitious people build confidence, move through limiting beliefs, and reconnect to their fullest potential with honesty, humour, courage, and real-life wisdom. We are so excited to welcome her into the space of Stretch.

Together, Stéphanie and Ann will create a space for reflection, clarity, body-based awareness, and the kind of inner listening that helps you move forward without forcing yourself past capacity.
