Cait Haggarty is a Personal Trainer & Performance Coach, who has just moved here and is now taking on clients 🙌

Cait brings over 15 years of coaching experience, with a background as a competitive basketball player at UBC and a year of professional play in Germany. Her sessions are thoughtful, goal-oriented, and always personalized—focused on sustainable progress, confidence, and long-term strength.

Born and raised in Victoria, Cait has a deep love for movement, lifting, running, and being outdoors.

Cait is especially passionate about supporting women through menopause, using strength training to help them stay strong, balanced, and confident. She also works with clients returning from injury, managing physical limitations, or simply wanting to stay active and independent.

Specialties include:

We have a challenge for our members starting January 5th!

This isn't your usual 30 day challenge.

We all know consistency is the foundation that builds success in everything — even if we forget it the moment a shiny, high-energy challenge pops up.

So before you jump into something extreme this year, try this instead:

40 workouts before Spring Break.

That’s it.

Roughly 3 workouts per week.

This challenge isn’t about hype — it’s about systems.

You’ll have to plan ahead, anticipate obstacles, and come up with solutions when life gets busy (because it will).

Consistency — and your health — is a marathon, not a sprint.

If you can do just this, I promise other habits start to fall into place:

• eating more nourishing foods
• prioritizing sleep
• walking more

Because if you don’t? You’ll just stay sore, under-recovered, and wondering why workouts feel so hard 😅 (not kidding).

Challenge starts Jan 5th.

Grab your tracking cards at the gym.

Rules:
✔️ Workouts must be on separate days
✔️ You must be booked into the gym
✔️ Consistency + effort = rewards

Prizes:
🎉 Draw at the end of Week 1 (all participants)
🎉 End of January draw for those with 10 workouts
🎉 Halfway draw for those with 20 workouts
🎉 Another draw for 30 workouts and that last push!

Goals are great for a push—like “lose 10 lbs” or “run a 5k”—but they all have an endpoint. And once you hit them… then what?

Systems, on the other hand, are the habits you build that keep giving back, long after the initial goal is gone. Rather than "lose 10 lbs," that has an endpoint, "eating well and prioritizing movement" is a process that will change your life.

Shift the focus from “finish line” to “daily practice,” and suddenly fitness isn’t a stressful checklist—it’s part of your everyday life.

Here’s the truth: creatine is one of the most well-researched, safe, and effective supplements out there—for men and women. (They have even studied children, postpartum women, elderly and those with Alzheimer’s.. Benefits were found for all groups!)

Just a quick note to remind everyone how important it is to book your sessions through our system before coming in. 🏋️‍♀️💪

We keep our gym capacity small on purpose — to give you space to move, breathe, and get the most out of your workouts. When people drop in without booking, it can make the gym feel overcrowded and throw off the flow for others who did book in advance.

We totally understand that plans change or you might forget sometimes — life happens! But using the booking system helps us:

✔️ Keep everyone safe and comfortable
✔️ Manage equipment and space
✔️ Make sure YOU get the best experience possible
