Cait Haggarty is a Personal Trainer & Performance Coach, who has just moved here and is now taking on clients 🙌
Cait brings over 15 years of coaching experience, with a background as a competitive basketball player at UBC and a year of professional play in Germany. Her sessions are thoughtful, goal-oriented, and always personalized—focused on sustainable progress, confidence, and long-term strength.
Born and raised in Victoria, Cait has a deep love for movement, lifting, running, and being outdoors.
Cait is especially passionate about supporting women through menopause, using strength training to help them stay strong, balanced, and confident. She also works with clients returning from injury, managing physical limitations, or simply wanting to stay active and independent.
