Our semi-private Clinical Pilates classes are designed to support injury recovery, rehabilitation, strength and mobility in a small-group setting.

Many studios do operate on a 24hr policy.

Last month alone, we experienced 504 late cancellations and 34 no-shows, which significantly affects availability for other clients.

Our goal is to keep bookings fair and accessible to everyone.
