The vision is to grow this into a 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙬𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, while creating a powerful platform for young talent to compete, express themselves, and develop through the game.

In this drill, players pass the ball while Coach Caesar lifts a cone behind them.
They must quickly scan, spot the colour, and react, turning towards it.
If no cone is lifted, they play a bounce pass.

It’s simple, but powerful.
Scanning trains awareness, decision-making, and reaction speed, the habits that separate good players from smart ones. 🧠⚽
