The inclines definitely tested our legs and our determination, but the views, the energy and the team spirit made every climb worth it! 🔥🙌🏾

What a perfect way to kick things off! 🔥🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️ This morning, the Evolve Fitness family hit the road in Red & black and brought the energy from start to finish! 💪🏾

And of course, what better way to finish a perfect run than with some post-run love from the best coffee shop in town — Perfect Pour! ☕🥐❤️ Thank you so much for always taking care of us with your delicious coffee and tasty nibbles. We truly appreciate you! 🙌🏾

Yesterday, we traded our usual Gaborone routes for a beautiful scenic run from Boatle to Mmankgodi. 🌿🏃🏾‍♂️ What a refreshing experience running outside the city, taking in the views, good vibes and great company!
