Are we taking care of ourselves? How much real exercise are we getting? Are we doing something to raise our heart rate for thirty minutes at least five times a week? If not, go for walk or ride a bike.🤔🤔🤔 A thirty minutes of cardio will do much more for us than watching thirty minutes of television....🥰🤗Emotions are closely tied to our physical state and we need to replenish our system to keep our body functioning 😂
