Teaching:
Judo and Bahamas Safety N.E.T. Kids – this martial arts consists of throws, leg sweeps, pins and incorporates our Bahamas Safety NET Kids program. This abduction prevention program teaches children actions and strategy directed to making sure our kids are 'NET' No East Targets. NET Kids is proactive and encourages children to not being Victims. Systema – this Russian martial arts is designed to develop a Strong Spirit and Healthy Body. The body has to be free of tension, filled with endurance, flexibility, effortless movement and explosive potential. This program is for adults. Mixed Martial Art – This is a full-contact combat sport that includes striking and grappling techniques, standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports and martial arts and is geared towards adults.
Kickboxing – Our kickboxing class is fitness orientated for a total-body workout which can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This program is for adults.
