The road to the inaugural BAPA Elite Championship starts now. Make sure you’re competing in the correct division and class before show day. Athletes are encouraged to begin tracking their stage weight, conditioning, and presentation early as we build toward an unforgettable first event.

Bahamian IFBB Pro Jameil Hamilton pulled through for a push day session with the alliance 💪🇧🇸

A lot of the younger athletes coming up only see the stage photos and trophies… but getting around guys like this in person reminds you what years of discipline, structure, sacrifice, and consistency actually looks like.

Our Vice President Demeko Nesbitt was in the gym today when he came across a young athlete with serious potential for the bodybuilding stage >> Matthew Dean.

From the structure, shape, and presence already on display, Matthew says he’s coming to shake up the Classic Physique division… and we believe him. 👀💪

This past Saturday, IFBB Pro and BAPA President Joel Stubbs sat down with alliance members for a forum-style meeting centered around competition prep, stage readiness, and what it truly takes to bring your best look to show day.

With the show now 15 weeks out, Joel spoke on the importance of understanding your prep timeline, dialing in your diet early, and making the necessary adjustments as the weeks begin to ramp up.

Among our seasoned athletes, we also have a strong group of first-time competitors preparing to storm the stage for the very first time. This forum gave them the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, ask questions, and receive guidance as they continue their journey into the sport.

The work has already begun⏳
