Bounce, Run, “N” Roll is what happens when Wipe-out meets a 5k. The first of its kind in Hampton Roads, the race consist of whacky twist, turns, mud and foam making it one of the most exciting 5k obstacle runs in the area. All proceeds raised from the event will directly benefit the programs of More 2 Give Inc., a Virginia based non-profit and the Wounded Warriors Foundation. The race was designed

to promote healthy living and family bonding. Enjoy competing as a family and winning as a team. Bounce through inflatable obstacle courses, Run through walls of foam and crawl through tunnels of mud. Bounce, Run, “N” Roll has a separate 1.5 mile race designed for children ages 6-12. The 5k is for ages 13 and up. Registration and packet pick up will be the day before on August 1st beginning at 9:00 AM at UrLife Now Fitness 1489 General Booth Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454.
