Another impactful event! 💙🏃🏾‍♀️🏅

I had the incredible opportunity to lead the warm-up for the Run for the Lions at the beautiful Port Union Waterfront, organized by the Lions Club West Hill- Highland Creek

I love seeing people of all ages come together with one purpose to move their bodies, challenge themselves, and support a cause that makes a difference in the community. Whether you ran the 5K, tackled the 10K, or enjoyed the walk, every step counted.

As a fitness coach, moments like these remind me why I do what I do. It's not just about workouts or goal but about inspiring others to believe in themselves, embrace a healthy lifestyle, and celebrate what their bodies are capable of.

A huge thank you to the organizers for trusting me to energize such an amazing group and to everyone who showed up with enthusiasm and positive vibes. You all brought the energy, and I was honoured to be a part of it!

Last night hit different!

This time last year I stepped on stage as a competitor at the Radical Body Transformation Show focused, nervous, and hungry for change, proving something to myself. I went on to win both the Fit and Absolute Division.

Fast forward to last night… I was sitting at the judging table.

Same stage, different role, and a whole new level of growth.

It reminded me that transformation isn’t just about the body you build, but more importantly the mindset, discipline, and consistency you develop when nobody is watching.

To every competitor who stepped on stage last night: I see the work, the sacrifice, the early mornings, and the late nights. At times during the show I became emotional and deeply inspired by the transformations I witnessed. It truly reminded me why this journey matters. That courage alone to show up is what makes the entire experience powerful.

Grateful to be part of a community that continues to evolve, push limits, and show what’s possible through commitment. A special thank you to James for creating a space for events like this.

The journey doesn’t end at one stage… it just levels up.

ME vs ME 💪🏾🔥

The person on the left had dreams while the person on the right put in the work.

This journey has never been about competing with anyone else. It's always been about becoming a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of myself.

Sacrifices of early mornings, challenging workouts, and making healthy choices through setbacks, and comebacks has led to this moment. As you can see my goal isn't perfection, it's simply progress.

Today, I'm stronger than I was yesterday, and tomorrow I'll be even better than I am today.

REMEMBER: Your biggest competition is the person you were yesterday.

It's always been ME vs ME and I'm proud of the woman I'm becoming! ❤️
