Today we celebrate more than just a game—we celebrate teamwork, discipline, determination, and the passion that brings players, coaches, officials, and fans together. Every serve, set, block, and spike reflects the commitment and perseverance that make volleyball such an inspiring sport.

Here’s to everyone who continues to grow the game and inspire the next generation of athletes. Wishing all volleyball lovers a happy and memorable World National Volleyball Day!

The Grand Bahama Volleyball Association extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, teammates, and the entire Abaco volleyball community on the passing of Bertrica Brown.

Bertrica was a player whom we had the privilege of watching grow into a talented, dedicated, and remarkably consistent athlete. Her commitment to the sport and her steady development earned the respect of all who had the opportunity to see her compete.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones during this difficult time. May her legacy continue to inspire those whose lives she touched, both on and off the volleyball court.

Rest in peace, Bertrica. You will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
