I’m Monica, the coach behind The Less Stressed Mom, a program designed to help working moms achieve more balance, feel fulfilled, and finally break free from stress, overwhelm, and guilt.
🙋🏻♀️ As a single mom by choice to a 10-year-old daughter, an immigrant living in Canada (and proudly Canadian!), with no family nearby, a full-time tech job, and running my own business, I get how overwhelming life can be.
