Another breakdown! This is a great sequence for mobility and coordination. And if you can't get to the floor there are some great options you can do in a chair...
I have made a new free 3 day course from 3 of these similar mobility sequences that seemed to have gotten your attention.
Navigating aging & our changing bodies can be tricky & frustrating. The most important thing is to keep moving. So if you can’t do something, find something else that you can!
That is why I have created Try This- 3 10. Min. Videos, breaking down my most popular mobility challenge Reels- for everyone.
Here is what we cover in the FREE video mini series:
1. The Hovering Deer- This position and the movements from it, require deep rotation in the hips, core strength, and strength in all that connects to the hips. We will warm up all of these areas from standing, with the support of the wall and/or chair if needed, work our way to the ground, and potentially to the hovering leg and foot grab.
2. The Butterfly Roll- This position and the movements from it, require deep opening in the hips, core strength, strength in all that connects to the hips, and coordination. We will warm up all of these areas from standing, with the support of the wall and/or chair if needed, work our way to the ground, and potentially to the roll while holding on to the legs.
3. The Pretzel Twist- This position and the transition from side to side, require flexibility in the hips, spine, and hamstrings. We will warm up all of these areas from standing, with the support of the wall and/or chair if needed, work our way to the ground, and potentially to the transitions from twisting on one side to the other.
So if you can’t get to the floor, you will learn some options standing, with the help of the wall, or the chair that you can do.
Sound interesting? Give it a shot. It's FREE! Message TRY below & I will send it to you now:)
