My personal FB account just got restricted after a client asked to set up a call with me and I sent them my calendar link on Messenger.

(Which I have been doing for years.)

The restriction affects being able to send messages. It will be lifted in seven days.

Next could be restricting my access to my profile, this page, or the ability to post.

The last days of the year (or any major threshold) might be stressful - use tapping to regulate your nervous system.
